Diamond Fight 2 features seamless Cross-Platform Sync. Go to Settings, enter your email address, and verify it with the OTP. You can use this exact same process to log in on your phone, tablet, or PC. Your progress, Awakened Skills, and PvP rank will be synced instantly across all devices.

Since we use a password-free system, recovering your account is simple. Install the game, navigate to the login screen, and enter the email address tied to your account. Enter the new OTP sent to your inbox, and your entire profile will be fully restored.

Diamond Fight 2 still supports offline play for the Campaign Maps and Idle Rewards generation. However, an active internet connection is required to participate in the Real-Time PvP Arena, Guild Boss Raids, and to sync your save data to the cloud.

Awakened Skills are the ultimate tier of abilities. You can unlock them by collecting "Awakening Shards" from PvP Arena victories, completing high-level Guild Raids, or finding them in Mythic Chests.

If you lose connection during a Ranked Arena match, our system will attempt to reconnect you for 30 seconds. If reconnection fails, the match will unfortunately be counted as a forfeit to prevent exploitation of the ranking system. Please ensure a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection before entering the Arena.

Please try restarting the game first. If the items still do not appear, please use the Direct Transmission form below. Make sure to include your Player ID (found in Settings) and a screenshot of the Purchase Receipt (from Google Play or Apple).
